When you receive a product, it’s important to inspect it carefully in the presence of the delivery personnel to ensure that it meets your expectations and is of good quality. During the inspection, check for any defects or signs of expiration and notify the delivery personnel immediately if you notice any issues. If you don’t reject the product on the spot, you’ll be deemed to have accepted it, which means you lose your right to return or exchange it. However, if you receive the wrong product, you can inform us immediately in front of the delivery man, and we’ll be happy to exchange it for you as long as it’s unused and the manufacturing seal is intact. No complaints will be granted after the delivery personnel has left.
Exchange
To exchange a product, it must be in its original, unused condition with the manufacturing seal intact, and the exchangeable product must be available in our stock. Our customer service team can help you determine product availability. You’ll be responsible for paying all kinds of exchange charges for the exchange.
